Open to citizens or natives of Brazil, Barbados, Cuba, Haiti, Grenada, Guyana, or Jamaica who are eligible to study in the United States and have been accepted to an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Applicants must be a first-time college freshman.
Students must be eligible to receive funding per the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
