Must submit a photo or video of your most authentic celebrity impersonation.
We will not accept submissions that are inappropriate or belittling.
Applicant must be 16 years or older.
Must be a resident of any of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or US Territories.
If applicant is a minor, must have permission and consent from parent/legal guardian prior to submission.
CS affiliates, employees, and their family/members of household are not eligible.
